How long will my order take to ship?
All available items listed on my website are ready to ship, unless marked as sold out or pre-order.
For pre-order items, please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for your piece to be handmade with love and shipped out.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?
I do my best to make every piece as close to the photos as possible. Since my items are handmade, there may be slight differences in stitching, placement, colors, or other small details.
Are your items safe for children?
Some of my creations may contain small parts, including safety eyes, buttons, or other decorative pieces. Please check the individual product description before purchasing.
Items containing small parts are not recommended for children under 3 years old.
How should I care for my handmade item?
I recommend gentle spot cleaning whenever possible. Avoid machine washing or drying unless the individual product description specifically says otherwise. Handle decorative details with care to help keep your piece looking its best.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because my items are handmade or made to order, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once work has begun or an order has shipped, I may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
