Thank you for shopping with Crafty Haus by Katie! Every order is prepared with care, and we appreciate your patience while we create something special for you.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Processing

All Crafty Haus products are handmade, and select items are made to order after your purchase is placed.

Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for your order to be created, prepared, and shipped.

This is our estimated processing timeframe, not the shipping transit time.

Ready-to-ship items may ship sooner. If a product has a different processing timeframe, it will be noted in the individual product listing.

During busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you with an update.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer shipping within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $8
Free Standard Shipping: On orders of $150 or more
Express Shipping: $15

Shipping options and final charges are displayed at checkout. Rates are subject to change.

Express Shipping

Express shipping does not mean express production.

Selecting express shipping only affects the shipping service used once your order is complete and ready to leave Crafty Haus.

Made-to-order items still require their normal production time of approximately 3–5 weeks unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, destination, and selected shipping service.

Shipping transit times are separate from our production and processing timeframe.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details.

Multiple-Item Orders

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products, your items may ship together once the entire order is ready.

If you need an item sooner, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
